Music in the Nave

Currently on hiatus, Music in the Nave is part of the outreach ministry of St. Philip’s Church. From its inception, MITN has focused on three aspects:  1) to provide concerts with both world-class and up-and-coming artists; 2) to provide those concerts free of charge or at highly discounted prices to the public; and 3) to enhance the ministry of St. Philip’s Church by focusing each concert on a charitable organization, from local charities to globally focused groups and endeavors.

MITN has hosted world-famous concert organists such as Stephen Cleobury, Jeremy Filsell, Nigel Potts, Erik Wm. Suter, Judith Hancock, Joyce Jones, Stephen Buzard, Benjamin Sheen, and many others.  MITN has also hosted “Opera Superstar” Angela Brown, several choirs from Baylor University, and many other musicians.
